How to book? Simple steps.

• Choose a FREE tree, below you will find a diagram representing the land, identify the coordinates of the free trees that interest you (max 10 trees)
• You can choose a name for each tree, being the first time on this land, its name will remain with it for its entire life in the documentation
• Prepare your data, for the usufruct certificate: First Name Last Name, Street, city of residence, Tax ID etc...
• Choose how to pay: with Credit Card, Paypal (no bank fees, and you can split into up to 3 installments), or by Bank Transfer

This table represents the land where almond trees are planted (225 Trees). Each box represents an Almond tree, you can scroll with a finger or use the keys, to choose a free tree, found, by pressing the box you can book it.

Labels and QR codes

Each label is placed next to the pole supporting the tree and contains a qrcode, this qrcode is linked to the individual tree, where actions can be monitored over time and images and texts related to the tree in usufruct can be added by those who book it.

Tree care practices

We decided to cultivate 3 varieties of late Almond Avjor, Tuono and Ferragnes, approximately two and a half years old, on RF grafting stock in pots. The characteristics of this sloping land, long cultivated with durum wheat, with high quantities of water draining into the subsoil during rain periods. The decision to cultivate three different almond varieties is advantageous both for production diversification and pollination purposes.

Tree care is left to experienced hands, we rely on the collaboration of two companies, the first with experience in agricultural management and maintenance, the second with agronomic and more specific experience regarding plant specifics.

For the first years the almond trees will not be pruned, from the fourth year onwards the first pruning will begin. During the first years, the almond trees will concentrate mainly on root and structure development.

Almond harvest process

Almond harvest in the first years will be limited and done by hand, however when the plants are mature and fully operational the shaker technique will be used. We chose a distance of 6 meters x 6 meters for each almond tree, this will also improve the management of any pathogens, keeping the plants well ventilated.

How almond delivery or pickup works

It is proposed 3 months in advance, informing usufructuaries of the harvest, who can participate together with the land owner. For each tree, bags are loaded from almonds that have fallen into the shaker umbrella. Almonds are delivered directly when possible and via courier if the usufructuary cannot be reached. Courier cost is borne by the usufructuary.

Warranty or investor support policy in case of problems with the tree

If during the usufruct the tree has problems for some reason, another tree is offered, or a refund is made.

Withdrawal and cancellation policy

Early withdrawal, compared to the year of usufruct, will not give you the right to any usufruct benefits.

Withdrawal at the end of the wellness year instead gives you the right to the products generated.

The usufruct of a tree once booked and purchased cannot be refunded (for the entire year of maintenance), however it is possible not to renew maintenance for subsequent years.
