How to book? Simple steps.

• Choose a FREE tree, below you will find a diagram representing the land, identify the coordinates of the free trees that interest you (max 10 trees)
• You can choose a name for each tree, being the first time on this land, its name will remain with it for its entire life in the documentation
• Prepare your data, for the usufruct certificate: First Name Last Name, Street, city of residence, Tax ID etc...
• Choose how to pay: with Credit Card, Paypal (no bank fees, and you can split into up to 3 installments), or by Bank Transfer

GREEN WELLNESS BITCOINS

• Access to labeled and limited products from local agricultural producers. E.g. Red Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Honey (and more will be added)
• For each tree you own you will be entitled to one day of stay for each booked period in a year, within the Della Stalla apartment of Palazzo Varo XV Century.
• From the third year onwards, you will be entitled to the EXIT formula, i.e. you can recapitalize your tree by finding a new owner and communicating the exit value. Pianta.land will guarantee the automatic transfer of usufruct to the new holder at no extra cost.
• No need to harvest the wellness fruits of the trees you have chosen: We will try to send them to you at the lowest possible cost based on your location.

Labels and QR codes

Each label is placed next to the pole supporting the tree and contains a qrcode, this qrcode is linked to the individual tree, where actions can be monitored over time and images and texts related to the tree in usufruct can be added by those who book it.

Tree care practices

We inherited these walnuts, already planted in Eden in very precarious conditions, after a year and a half of intervention we are cataloging and observing them to see if their conditions improve.

Tree care is left to experienced hands, we rely on the collaboration of two companies, the first with experience in agricultural management and maintenance, the second with agronomic and more specific experience regarding plant specifics.

For the first years we are considering pruning and giving organic fertilizers to enrich the soil.

Walnut harvest process

Walnut harvest if it occurs in the first years will be limited, and will be done by hand.

How walnut delivery or pickup works

It is proposed 3 months in advance, informing usufructuaries of the harvest, who can participate together with the land owner. For each tree, bags are loaded. Walnuts are delivered directly when possible and via courier if the usufructuary cannot be reached. Courier cost is borne by the usufructuary.

Warranty or investor support policy in case of problems with the tree

If during the usufruct the tree has problems for some reason, another tree is offered, or a refund is made.

Withdrawal and cancellation policy

Early withdrawal, compared to the year of usufruct, will not give you the right to any usufruct benefits.

Withdrawal at the end of the wellness year instead gives you the right to the products generated.

The usufruct of a tree once booked and purchased cannot be refunded (for the entire year of maintenance), however it is possible not to renew maintenance for subsequent years.
