Direct site booking — how it works

For guests who book with us from this site (or themed landings), the path is guided online:

  1. Send the request with the form below: dates, guests (max 4), extras and contacts. You see an estimated quote immediately and get email confirmation.
  2. We send availability + formal quote with a payment link for the full stay (PayPal or bank transfer). Rates: first night €70; further nights by guest count; cancellation retains €50 (+5% over 2 nights).
  3. After full payment the booking is confirmed and we block the dates (including Booking/Airbnb calendars if needed).
  4. About one week before check-in you receive the instructions link: confirm the stay, guest register (Alloggiati), then the access code.

On Booking / Airbnb, portal terms and payment apply. On the website the total is paid in advance, as in rates and rules. Or email pianta.land@umainnovation.com.

Enter dates and guests: see an estimated quote immediately. Check-in must be at least 2 days ahead (time to prepare the flat and the formal quote). After sending you get email confirmation; then a formal quote + payment link, and (about a week before) online check-in. Max 4 guests; cancellation retains €50 (+5% over 2 nights).
